The Reporting Command Center is a digitally delivered, self-hosted professional software product with an individually issued license credential.
- Duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized charges, and an order Encrypted Syntax Labs cannot fulfill are eligible for correction or refund after verification.
- Before a license is issued, an unfulfilled order may be cancelled for a full refund.
- After issuance, the purchaser should contact support promptly and provide the order number plus privacy-safe diagnostics. A reproducible material defect within the documented supported platform will first receive a reasonable correction, replacement, or supported workaround opportunity.
- Activation on any server, successful license validation, downloading the signed release, or accessing the customer-visible license delivery constitutes delivery and use of the digital product. A change of mind after delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund, subject to mandatory law.
- Partial refunds, disputed ownership, installation outside the supported boundary, modified software, shared credentials, or misuse require manual review.
- An approved full refund, payment reversal, or chargeback suspends the associated license and its future mutation access. The application retains documented read-only export and recovery behavior and does not delete customer data.
Refund approval must be recorded against the original WooCommerce order. Never ask a customer to send a complete license key, private key, password, evidence, or unrestricted log by email.
