FABRICATION WORKFLOW
Open the supplied DXF, SVG, or STEP files in compatible CAD/CAM software. Before cutting, confirm your actual welder, cylinders, regulators, caster or wheel patterns, material thicknesses, shop clearances, and intended use. Set kerf, lead-ins, amperage, feed rate, pierce delay, cut order, and post processor for your own cutting system. The manuals explain what each setting controls, where to find machine-specific values, and how to verify them with a test coupon.
DRAWER HARDWARE REFERENCE
The plug-and-play carrier dimensions use the Accuride 3832E full-extension side-mount slide class: 18 in for Core, 20 in for Tandem, and 22 in for Field. The packages identify the matching Rockler items and include the Accuride technical drawing. A heavier McMaster-Carr lock-open alternate is also listed, but substitutes must be measured and match-drilled because hole patterns and body heights vary. Purchased slides and positive drawer latches are not included.
IMPORTANT
The product photographs are rendered visualizations of the intended finished carts. Dimensioned plan values and supplied CAD files control the build. Generic equipment solids in the fit-check models are clearance references, not purchased-part models. Builder is responsible for material selection, weld quality, stability, final fit, load verification, safe fabrication practices, and compliance with applicable requirements. These packages are not engineering certification or code-approved designs.
LICENSE
Includes a limited license to build physical carts for personal use and limited sale of physical carts you personally fabricate. Digital files may not be resold, shared, uploaded, sublicensed, or redistributed. The license inside each package controls.
