ArcHaul Core is the compact member of the Encrypted Syntax Labs Fabricator Series. It is designed for fabricators who want a clean single-machine cart without giving up organized storage, cylinder restraint, or serviceable CAD files.

PLUG-AND-PLAY DRAWER SYSTEM
The controlled reference is an 18 in Accuride 3832E full-extension side-mount slide pair (Rockler item 63269). The package includes slotted carrier rails, formed bolt-on end brackets, fit-stack dimensions, a direct manufacturer drawing, #8 fastener guidance, and a heavier McMaster-Carr alternate. Purchased slides and the recommended positive mobile-cart drawer latch are not included. Alternate slides must be measured and match-drilled because hole patterns and body heights vary.
FABRICATION WORKFLOW
Open the supplied DXF, SVG, or STEP files in compatible CAD/CAM software. Before cutting, confirm your actual welder, cylinder, caster mounting patterns, material thicknesses, and shop process. Set kerf, lead-ins, amperage, feed rate, pierce delay, and post processor for your own plasma table or cutting system.
IMPORTANT
The product photographs are rendered visualizations of the intended finished cart. Dimensioned plan values and supplied CAD files control the build. Generic machine, cylinder, and running-gear solids in the fit-check model are clearance references, not purchased-part models.
Builder is responsible for material selection, weld quality, stability, final fit, load verification, safe fabrication practices, and compliance with applicable requirements. This package is not engineering certification or a code-approved design.
